Mrs. Pramila Tiwari — a woman whose unwavering strength, quiet resilience, and profound love laid the foundation for what we today call MKM.

While the world often celebrates visible icons, there exists a different kind of heroism in women who operate behind the scenes — those who transform their homes into havens of peace, who silently shoulder responsibilities, and empower their families through selfless dedication.

Mrs. Tiwari represents this rare strength — a woman who stood by her family during every hardship, who chose her children’s future over societal expectations, and who never wavered in her belief in the power of love, faith, and perseverance.

Despite hailing from a small town, she took courageous steps to shape a better future for her children. She left her home with nothing but immense respect for her husband, deep devotion to her children, and the strength of her values. As a one-woman army, she sought work in Mandla, driven solely by her desire to provide her children with a better life. In doing so, she became the embodiment of sacrifice, compassion, and unyielding determination.

She has been my guiding force at every stage — as a son, a brother, a husband, a father, a doctor, and now, a contributor to this dream project.
